Our Terms and Conditions regarding the purchase and payment of vehicles are as follows:
A minimum of a 10% deposit is required to secure your selected vehicle, with the balance payable by bankers draft, cash on delivery, electronic transfer or by cheque. Cheques will need a minimum of 5 working days for clearance prior to delivery or collection of the vehicle.
Vehicles will remain the property of Carnell Classic Cars the vendor, until all monies are fully paid.
Please note that once a commitment to purchase has been made, that vehicle will be removed from sale and any further enquirers will be informed that the vehicle has been sold . For this reason, and against the potential loss of business, the initial deposit is NON RETURNABLE unless for theft/fire of that vehicle.
We regard a deposit as an intention to purchase, cancellations and ‘change of mind’ means our business cannot function efficiently.
